Rachel E. Carter
Advocacy
Many of my life choices have been driven by a desire to change lives and make a difference. Whether it is empowering employers and employees to understand their retirement benefit options, or teaching someone a new skill in photography, the most rewarding feeling comes from creating a positive impact.
Decades of Dedication
For over two decades, I have immersed myself in the world of financial services. With a special focus on employer-sponsored plans, I discovered my true passion in the corporate plan space. From my beginnings working alongside my mom in the industry, to now joining forces with her again after 17 years, I have witnessed the evolution of finance; spending a decade at a wirehouse and now flourishing as an independent broker.
Tailored Retirement Plans
With a commitment to your corporate team and goals, I bring a wealth of passion and expertise to the table. My dedication goes beyond conventional practices — I stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring the latest legislation, ensuring that your retirement plans benefit from the most current insights and strategies. With me, you gain not just a consultant, but a trusted partner in crafting tomorrow’s retirement benefits for your organization.
Passion Beyond Finance
Beyond the world of finance, I am also a professional photographer in the hospitality and travel space. Through my photography, I aim to inspire and educate individuals about the art of photography, fostering a deeper love for exploration and creativity!
An Explorer at Heart
Driven by a love for exploration, I lived in Italy at 19, taking photography courses at an art school and immersing myself in the beauty of a different culture. Last year, my adventures took me to Greece, Turkey, Israel, and South Africa, complemented by multiple trips within the continental United States.
Through my travels, I gather inspiration and add new stories to my life’s journey — enriching both my personal and professional perspectives.
